My screen on my mini dell 1012 has quit working. I have only had the notebook for 1 year and 3 months. Way, way to soon to have this kind of problem. I got no where with Dell. All they would say is my warrenty has expired but no reason why a screen would go this soon.
My only option with them is to send it in and it will cost me 159. Oo to repair it. Then it would only have a 3 month warenty on that.
Why are your products getting so bad? Customer service is bad. I feel i should have a new screen with no charge or at least a discounted price for a product that is apparently made to go out after warranty is up.
