I purchased a special "buy one get two recliners" on Dec 3rd for delivery Dec 18th. I spent one hour at the store to apply for credit, paperwork etc. The day before delivery they called me that the recliners are not in store for delivery. They would not even tell me the new delivery date. The day of deliver was a Sunday and I had to make special arrangements to be at the house. I spoke with Jennifer Davies who is the showroom manager and she offered nothing to compensate me for such of an inconvenience. She refused to discount anything. Her only response was that she could not do anything. I decided to cancel the order after realizing that I was not going anywhere with this type of customer service. I will never buy anything at this store and I would not recommend it!
