Charging for item not received

On 09/08/07 I purchased a wahing machine, a stove and an over the stove microwave from the Sears store in Orland Park, IL. The stove and washer were delivered and the delivery man refused to hook them up because he couldn't losen the hoses on the wahser by hand. I refused the order and called the store to cancel all three items. I spoke to the delivery department and cancelled the items with them also. The following day the delivery department called me to schedule the delivery and installation of the over the stove microwave. At that time I informed them that the order had been cancelled. They did not deliver the item. The stove and washer were removed from my credit card but I am still being charged for the over the stove microwave. I have been calling for the last year trying to get this matter resolved. I am told that I need to talk to the store manager. However, I don't think one exists as I have been calling and he or she is never in the store. I am now in collection for an item that I don't have. Help!!!
