Purchased a Remote Start Installation at BestBuy.com and contacted the Pensacola Best Buy Store to perform the services. From the first word, it was "we can't install it if you did not purchase it here." I will say that when I bought this installation service, the person selling it to me said "no problem" with having your remote start installed. The employee even said if I had a problem to talk to a manager. Good Luck getting a Manager to help you at this store! All I received was broken promises of calls back and no help from anyone. When I asked where the installation terms and conditions were, I just was told that it was what they have always done. NOTHING in writing, every person had a different explanation, but no HELP for me, the customer!
