We purchased a plasma Samsung TV, Blue Ray DVD player and receiver. The installation guy came and installed the equipment and noticed there was a problem with the receiver. After several phone calls to the install guy and the store manager, we still have a defective receiver that knocks out the TV, or whatever you are trying to watch. The store manager (Chris at Hanover, MD) response is I am trying to get a hold of the install crew. After paying almost $800 for installation and alot more for the equipment, you would think they would have someone rectify this problem when they sell you a faulty receiver!!! Unacceptable-I will never purchase from this store again. I would demand my money back and tell them to come pick it all up-but they cant get anyone to even do that. Sad and unprofessional!!!
