•The person I spoke with would NOT stop making the “other offers” even after I made it perfectly clear that ALL I wanted were the “buy 3 – get 3 free bras” - NOTHING MORE. She continued sharing the “other offers” and did not stop until I threatened to cancel my order altogether if she would not stop. At least ask your customer if they would like to hear the “other offers” before just bombarding them with them. Give them the option to hear them. Our time and money is too valuable. We call because we know we what we want to order.

•There is no reason for these ridiculously high fees charged for these items. It doesn’t cost me near that much to send it back to you. Customers do NOT re-coop these when returning the items. So I am out $25.00 for S&H plus what I have to pay to return the items to you (which will be about one-fifth the amount you charged to get them shipped to me). I can’t risk another $25/plus if they don’t fit right or I just don’t like them.

• I called on Tuesday, July 5th – for information regarding how to return an item. I was told I would be emailed a return address slip. As of this letter, I had not received this item.

• Your website is not as user-friendly as it could be. I had to search and search to finally find a customer service number and item return information. Your customers shouldn’t have to go to “order status” to find this information.

• Your website should also show the other styles you have available – lace trimmed and animal print. Why would you not potentially INCREASE your sales by offering these on your website? Had I gone through your website to order and seen the other styles available, I would have ordered differently. I only knew about them from literature in my order packet.

• With technology the way it is these days, you should have another means for customers to contact your customer’s service personnel rather than by phone alone perhaps an email address?

•3 days or so after placing my order by phone, I received from GenieBras, a postcard offer for the exact same TV offer but for $39.99 instead of the $59.99 I just paid. Why do you do this! You should always offer your best offer.
