I used servicelive.com after a friend told me how I can request installation and repairs online.
I went and bought a 42" LCD TV at Costco and wanted it mounted on my living room wall. I created my account on servicelive and described my work, scheduled and added my funds.in only 30 minutes I received a call from the service tech who confirmed the date and time and also ask a few questions which I am glad he did, as I had to have my cable company install a jack.
The service tech arrived, installed my TV and showed me how to use the remote control. He even dressed my cables so they looked less cluttered.
