BCT Portraits taken twice, once at reception, then I was pulled out of training because they were lost and had to be retaken at their studio. All I have is a year book without my picture in it. Never received portraits. They take soldiers money, don't give them pics. Say they will mail them but don't mail them.By the time soldier is done with training or settled in it is past the date that they supposedly keep the pictures. They keep the money and the soldier is left with nothing. Try calling and get a sorry for your luck. They need to be investigated. Who knows how many hundred to thousands of soldiers are being ripped off. I pay 90-100 at basic and she tries to say she will send me 25 back, the cost of the portrait.
