On 6/27, I have called Virgin Mobile USA at 1-888-322-1122. I recently received my "Replacement Phone". It will NOT make outgoing or incoming phone calls, text messages or data. I have tried telling the advisers this issue, and to have it fixed or replaced AGAIN. They would give me the normal take out the battery and wait BS.
I then was transferred to a "Supervisor" to have this issue looked into further. After being on hold for well over an hour, the supervisor came on and told me to do the same BS, take the battery out and wait. I told her its still not working. She then proceeded to transfer me AGAIN to Tech Support.
After waiting on hold for another 30-40 minutes, she hung up on me. This happened 8 times from 6/27 to 6/28. It's non stop people from all other parts of the world BUT USA, and I'm huung up on non stop. While I'm writing this, again I was on hold waiting for another supervisor for 28 minutes, and I was just hung up on again. Can anyone tell me how to make a formal complaint against this piece of crap company? Thanks for reading!
