I had received a letter informing me about this issue toward Virgin Mobile merged with Sprint on May 25 and to avoid service interruptions and hold on to the current number simple contact Sprint at 1-877-624-0262 today.
I called the number and Sprint company gave me a hard time then couldn't approve me to join their services (cell phone plan) which they declined me and send me a letter disapproving me.
I couldn't understand this case which I have been a good Virgin Mobile customer of a while?
Why couldn't Sprint Company accept Virgin Mobile customer since they are merging together?
Sprint Sucks!
