My two month old Marbl phone would not hold a charge. So i called virgin mobile. They sent a new one in a day or so. Great I thought right? Not.
This phone had the same issue. Wont' hold a charge...
So I emailed Virgin mobile... 4 times, 3 phone calls... I'm getting promises and the run around... Two people said the 2nd phone is on the way. Well it never happened. I think they have no intention of sending one for some reason Unknown to me.?
The emails are vague... Scripted "sorry for this problem please give us a call to resolve it"...
Problem is, they are not solving the issue... And getting a live advisor on the line (real person) is not easy.
This phone is two months old, Under warranty... And they seem to be ignoring that fact.
I would avoid virgin mobile... Not worth the hassle, customer service sucks.
The Marbl is only a $15 phone, but thats not the point... It's under warranty and I should be given another one. But it never happened. Screw You virgin mobile!
