Virgin Mobile taking money without my consent

Ok so Virgin Mobile took about $100.00 out of my account without my consent, when I noticed it I called the customer service and the lady told me that they didnt recieve a payment from me in June. That was over a month ago, but yet they still gave me my minutes. This is a pre paid phone people. If I dont pay I dont get my minutes right?!!? Well It shows on my bank acct that I made a payment in June and everytime there after.

When I asked to talk to a supervisor the lady put me on hold for about 3 minutes then came back on and said that she went over the acct with her supervisor and that the transactions were correct. I asked to talk to the supervisor myself and she refused to do so. How are they going to take out money without even getting concent to it first. When I started the acct I had them do a $10 top-up when I ran low, that was never needed so I stopped the service. Virgin Mobile are theives and need to be taken down!!!
