I ordered a cell phone. It was suppossedly shipped via Fedx. The phone was not delivered. I have called FedX and Virgin Mobile multiple times. Virgin Mobile puts me on hold for more than 6 minutes, transfered me from person to person, is very unsympathetic and unwilling to actually help resolve the issue. I was transferred to a supervisor taht was unable to help me. He then hung up on me when trying to transfer me back to the original dept that I was speaking with. I beleive this company is running some sort of scam. I was charged on my credit card but do not have the product. I have spent over an hour on the phone with Virgin Mobile and there has been no resolution.
