As most people on this site, complained, i got sucked in by believing this was a legitimate site like Ebay and gave them my credit card information.
I noticed two days later that Bidrack had charged my credit card with 99.00.
I tried to call customer service (what a joke), hung on for 12 minutes, hung up and called back, waitedm another 10 minutes and finally emailed customer service. After three days they emailed me back and basically told me to pound sand.
I spoke to my credit card company their response was: "The charge was for bids and per the merchant's terms and agreements, the charge is non-refundable. No dispute can be filed through Mastercard Worldwide".
I have never heard of a policy like this however that's not the issue here. The issue is that Bidrack scammed me into believing they were a legitimate site and as everyone reading the posts on this site will attest.
