I had an email from bidrack, went into the website thinking i was going into a site like ebay. I gave them the info they asked to get into website not knowing they were charging my credit card $99.00. I called bidrack when i saw the charge on my credit card and the representative was very ugly and said there was no way they would refund my money. I told her i would dispute it with my credit card company, hug up and called my credit card company. When i looked at my emails later that day i had an email from bidrack for me to request a refund. I had already contacted my credit card company so did no request refund. Credit card company gave me a credit but bidrack notified them that i had not even contacted them and so credit card company rebilled my card. I disputed again with proof that bidrack had emailed me and they also stopped sending me bids. Credit card company sided with bidrack. Do not know why because they had proof that bidrack had lied about my not contacting them and they did not give me my bids.
