Yes. BidRack is for sure a FRAUD. Same as with others, I signed up for free membership. I should have known better, but I entered my credit card info "in case I win." Of course I won nothing.in the meantime, I was charged $99 for a so called bid pack. I called the 800 customer service number, and was told that it was my fault for not reading the "Terms & Conditions" before I accepting. And basically "better luck next time." I got the feeling the customer service agent had heard this complaint many times. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully they will reverse this fraudulent charge. One more thing, I am very suspicious of the positive comments on this site about Bidrack. It would not surprise me if the positive comments were not planted by Bidrack themselves.
