I joined BIDRACK back in June and thereafter bought bids and won many auctions. All of this merchandise, including the bids, were charged to my credit card. As of today, Nov. 18, I have never received any of the merchandise. I contacted the BBB/Delaware and filed a complaint against them. The BBB did receive a letter from BIDRACK stating that I would be reimbursed; however, I have never received a penny from them. I notified the BBB and BIDRACK and the BBB responded that BIDRACK would not respond to my complaint ticket. I have kept copies of everything, including the letter from BIDRACK stating that I would receive a full refund. I would like to be included in any Class-Action Suit against this company, and would like to know if there is any other way I can get my refund. I have a copy of all of the credit card charges that BIDRACK posted against my charge account.
