Saw their ad. It claimed "Free Registration" I filled out the form and gave my credit card number. Believing it was for successful bids. It said nothing about buying bids. Later noticed I was charged $99.0 on card. I had not been given notice of any "purchase or a receipt. Went thru request for re-fund procedure with BidRack. They refused stating "No refunds" I never even entered a bid. Feel i am entitled to a refund.
