I started receiving bills fro this Co. Over two months ago and I never asked or authorized the service

Excel of TX has a long history of scams in the phone business. I have received two bills for services that I never asked for. My wife without my knowing it paid the first bill. The second bill came today. I called Excel and told them I would not pay the bill since I never authorized the service. I got a "run around story as to why they provided the service.
