Excel advertises in their My Line complete plan UNLIMITED long distance however it is not UNLIMITED as I just received a notice after only having the service 2 months that I have exceeded the normal calling patterns as set forth by the industry.
No where in Excel's advertising on the My Line plan does it show that disclaimer, so the service is not UNLIMITED, FALSE ADVERTISING, I have also just signed up as a rep which I can no longer do because they lied.
I tried calling the customer service number and was put on hold for 1/2 hour. What a rip OFF!!
