Ira Woods has cornered the market on rude and indifferent customer service associates. Without a dobuth, the customer service reps could teach the DMV about how to treat the public with complete disdain. I unfortunately ordered several items that were in different finishes than the item shown on their website. The fine print of their site basically does not allow any returns and, if allowed, charges an outrageous restocking fee. Worse than their policy are their rude associates.
