I'm putting this message out so people won't make the same mistake. There is not any existing customer service for repair services. My washing machine came broken but they would not exchange it. Concrete parts came in broken. They just glued it and told me it will always come broken. Technician will not call you so we have to take a day off to wait for this people! Do not buy anything from sears.
