I purchased a Frigidaire washing machine from Sears in Kennett Square, Pa in late July. The machine was broken from day one and never washed a load of laundry. I went through the process of calling the 800 number and scheduling service. A sub contracted company came out 3 times over the course of 7 weeks each time ordering parts. The forth time, the repairman said the machine was a "lemon" and couldn't be repaired. My local store arranged for a replacement washer which I had to wait another 10 days for. It came. It didn't work either. It is now going on 76 days that Sears has kept my money. I have a broken machine full of wet clothes now for two weeks. Absolutely horrible experience.
