Avoid Like the Plague

This cleaning company was booked to go to a flat that was clean but which needed a professional check in clean for a new tenant. They were paid before the inventory was taken. The inventory company found dust throughout the flat, dirty kitchen utensils, and hair in the flat. This indicated that the cleaners did not clean the flat as they were paid to do, and certainly not to reasonable standards. They are refusing to refund the money paid. Please avoid this firm. They do not have a trained and professional team to conduct the cleaning.
