James Hale of James Hale Projects was hired to install a new bathroom in a flat in a block of flats in Balham. He did a job that ended in a product that looked very nice. The flat was left very dusty throughout, indicating that he had not adequately cleaned up behind himself. The new tenant discovered that the shower was leaking water to the flat below ruining the flat below. James Hale has not responded to my emails or my telephone calls. He is incredibly unprofessional in this respect. So far, I am going to have to pay 120 GBP to cover the cost of the repair to prevent further leakages. Please avoid this contractor.
