Terrible experience with this company. We are a business that chose this company because they were cheaper than our current cleaning company. Big mistake.
So we had Choice Cleaning Services come out and give us a bid for cleaning the office (our current cleaners charge $160 per visit, and they do an exceptional job) and Choice gave us a bid of $75 per visit. We thought wow, this is way cheaper, lets try them out. So we had them come clean the office and did a nice job that time. Then we told them we would like them to start doing the cleaning weekly.
This is where it went south. They claimed they had many employees, yet everytime they came out to clean it was the owner, and she spent literally 30 minutes cleaning our huge office area. The old cleaners were here at least 5 hours cleaning. Counters were not wiped down, the floor was sticky, toilets were not clean. Every time they cleaned we had to call them back out to point out areas that were unacceptable. What they do is spray SO much Fabuloso cleaning products on the floor and smear it with a mop (without water), that the smell is overwhelmingly strong, so you think that they have cleaned exceptionally well, when in fact it was barely cleaned at all.
And when we told them we were not happy with their services, they said, "Well, we gave you a bid based on $75 worth of cleaning." I was shocked, I did NOT want a bid based on $75 worth of cleaning, I wanted my office cleaned and wanted to know how much it would cost to get it clean.
We switched back to our old company, and it might be expensive, but I know they do an exceptional job. Take it for what it's worth, but if I were you I would NOT have Choice Cleaning Services ever step foot on my property again.
