For over a month now we have been trying to get our oven fixed. It is on the warranty. The tech's are never never on time not even close to it. Time 7-12 means 5:00. Some times they haven't been her until 6:00-6:30 pm even when the appt time was long before they showed. Even once they called to cancel the appt and would take us another week. I had to get a supervisor to get some one here. We have had tec's here 4 times. They keep coming back with parts and the oven only gets worse. We have to wait a week or more to get tec's back out here. Feeding 8 people with no oven is kind of hard. At first our stove top didn't work. Only burnt food or would not cook at all. The warranty company told us that the tec has the call to replace or not when the come out. The tech's say they can't do that since none of them would have a job.
Sice we had to wait once again for another week, I had to barbeque Easter dinner in the rain. The parts are delivered to our house and the parts just sit here and wate another week. We have been buying Sears products for a long time but never again.
