Agreed to purchase packet in November. They said 15 days to receive. Received in 60 days. To receive a credit card I would have had to send more money with the application. That was not explained in the beginning.
To receive a "loan", I would have to fax my bank and work info to a number with no company name, which I assumed was part of Security Benefits. However, when I called Security, they had no way to contact this "loan" company, as it was "just something extra they throw into the packet". Ends up, it is just another PayDay loan company. Big deal.
Decided I did not want to participate in the plan. Sent an e-mail and returned the packet within the 15 days required, overnight, with a signature required.
Actually received a phone call from a gentleman who reluctantly agreed to my refund, minus $30 for "bank fees". I agreed to this, even though they advertised a full refund.
He said it would take 7 -14 days to refund the $269 to my bank account. Time's up. No refund.
I'm scared.
