I was originally called in October by Robin Phillips and I said I would be interested in the program later. She call me again in January regarding the offer from the National Benefits Group, who said a VISA or Mastercard was guaranteed, no credit check, no annual fees, and also a free computer at signup. I gave by bank information for the amount of $269 which was eventually withdrawn on February 5.
I did not receive anything but information which was worthless and all the bankcards were upon approval by the banks with a credit check involved. Robin said the computer was free, but it is a deal that lets you buy a computer for $29.95 per month. I did not receive the package from National Benefits Group until March 15. I was calling to find out when they had shipped it out. National Benefits Group is scam regarding a 30-day refund, but you don't receive anything until 45 days after the withdrawal of your funds.
I am now trying to get my refund from Robin Phillips and her scam company, National Benefits Group. She will not give me a number of a supervisor, owner, or their accounting department to speak with anyone besides her. She says that the 30-day limit has passed, but I was never told this, that is would be 30 days from the withdrawal date to get a refund. You cannot get a refund if the package was not sent to you with this statement in a memo form inside the package with no other number to contact except Robin Phillips at National Benefits Group at 866-845-1818.
