Ripoff $249 unsecured mastercard fee from my checking account

On November 2nd I got a call from Centurion Financial Benefits Service Management and the representative (her ID is 290) told me I would receive the application on unsecured credit card with $2000 credit line limit. They promised me a mastercard and a cell phone to be shipped to me within 25 days, if I agreed to have $249 automatically deducted from my account. I agreed on recorder to have my bank allow my account to be debited.

Three weeks after this conversation I received an application, but it was the application on a prepaid card and other junk publications. I called the company phone 1-866-784-0260, and left about 20 messages for them to contact me, or refund my $249 fee. I finally got a lady on the phone who refused to give me her name, and said that there is no refund policy.

Please investigate and see how many victims are out there, because Centurion Financial Benefits Service Management is a machine to pull money out of people. They lie to you on purpose by promising the real credit card but after getting your money they send you application and junk mail. I want to take the company to a court.
