On May 5,205 I was called by Troy Foster from Premiere Benefits. I was told that I could get $200.00 in FREE coupons to use at any of my favorite stores, like Wal-Mart. All I had to do was pay $3.95 from my checking account.
I do not have any paper checks, so I was asked to give my routing number and checking account number so that the $3.95 could be taken out of my account. I then had to listen to a very distorted recording in which other offers were given to me. I said no to all but one, of which I did not fully understand because it sounded exactly like the one that Mr. Foster was telling me about. When I asked Mr. Foster if this was the same as the one he was going to take the $3.95 out for, he said yes. So, I agreed.
I was also told that I would get my packet of coupons and cancellation information in the mail shortly. I was also told that I could look over the packet and other information that was going to be sent to me and then, I cancel within thirty (30) days and not be billed any amount at all EVER! However, I learned this was a lie!
On May 12, my checking account was drafted $119.90... Barely seven days after I was contacted by Premiere Benefits! Then, on May 27, my checking account was drafted $149.90, only 22 days after I was contacted by Premiere Benefits. Each draft was done before my thirty days was up! I did not agree to these bank drafts! Mainly because my thrity days to look over the packet (which never came) and information was not any where near compleation! What I rip off.
I am a physically handicapped American Citizen with type two diabetes. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am handicapped and I told Mr. Foster this when he called. I also told him that I have an extremely limited income and that I am living on Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security income. Because I was lied to, my checking account is overdrawn by a minus $93.67 which leaves me so broke, I can't buy the medications I need and both my bank and Premiere Benefits can't put the money back into my account in time for me to buy my medications... And I have NO ONE to help me!
As soon as I can, I have to close my checking account and open a new one. This will cause my direct deposits with Social Security to come in late. I am very depressed over this and can't stop crying. I was ripped off by this deceitful lying company and they should pay back all my money immediately and pay my over draft fees as well!
