Prime One Rep telephoned me at my office during the day and indicated that they had an offer for a credit card for a one time fee of $187 (Nov. 28). They indicated that they would send me the packet in the mail. I never received a packet and had the bank to track down the company. (Feb 3) I called them and requested my money back because I have never received the packet. I was told that since the 60 days had lapsed for the refund, I could not get my money back.
This is bogus. No one ever advised me of a 60 days grace period for money returned nor did I receive the packet within the 60 days as specified to be given the opportunity to rescind within the 60 days allowed.instead, I was informed that I could not get my money back and I would need to execute a one page contract (faxed to me the next day: Feb. 4) without disclosures as specified in the initial contact.
This is a complete rip-off: first they solicited the money and then they failed to provided me with the packet or merchandise within the specified time so that I could review and make a final determination, causing me to not meet the deadline to request my refund of $187.instead, I'm sent a one page application requesting I execute (without disclosures of this entire deal). I was refused any information to report this matter and had to look up this company on the web. Please help!
