I had made an appointment to transfer service. At time of installation, there was a problem with the tap. It then went to the tech and I was called the next day stating that it had been fixed and they would be there the next day. To make a long story short I had to call (after taking time off work) to find out where they were. There was a lot of confusion, people telling me different things, different dates and it seemed as if they had no clue what they were doing. After calling and calling I finally got in touch with the right person (Glenna) She handled everything so well as well as Everett and the tech John. Even though the start of this was a horrible experience, they took care of it quick and efficient and made the situation right with no hesitation. Thank you to Charter and other contracted companies that they work with.
