We had ACI tech #9041 (Jordan) show up for a installation of Cable TV. He was the professional in both work and personal relations. He had to replace our cable line from the road through the trees to the house. He did a excellent job and was very nice in all his interpersonal dealings. We are so happy that Charter hires only the best in Techs for the work that must be done.
