Charter New internet shutoff 7 times in 2 months over $400 in bills paid!

I ordered charter internet services the 25mb service for $59.00 a month. We scheduled a date for them to come to my house and connect the internet. They never showed up to my home, I missed work because of it. I call them and ask why they never came or bothered to call me and at least let me know. They told me I never made a appointment and put all the blame on me. However they had all of my information? That's weird huh no appointment but the magical bunny gave you all of my information. They then came out the next day, may I mind you I had to miss work again! They arrive at my house install my internet I had a $50.00 money order made out to charter, The service man told me there was no installation fee, I figured they did not make me pay one due to the fact they had messed up my appointment and basically called me a liar.

During the course of 1 month 3 weeks my internet has been disconnected 7 times now, under 2 months and 7 disconnects! I called them every time and they make me feel at fault 90% of the time it was a Arabian person on the line and I didn't understand a word they spoke. I have paid around $400.00 in bills within the last 2 months INCLUDING A INSTALLTION FEE! That fee was not suppose to be there. I called and called some more finally they take off the installation fee. But wait its still on my bill! The summary of my story is, I have had my internet from charter for under 2 months. It has been disconnected 7 times within that time. I have missed countless numbers of my online college due to it. I have not made any progress with them, I cannot even talk to them because they barely speak any English. Charter has not tried to make things right I should be credited for a few months at least for everything. Hours and hours of my time on the phone with them. They turn it on after I pay my bill the next day when I go to take my class its disconnected. My first modem from them was defected, I got a new one it works fine. Charter did inform me every time they are shutting it off with no explanation. This is to help others before they make a choice and switch to charter. Please do not save yourself the time and money. They are ripoffs.
