I have cable with Charter and now they charge me $45 every time I have a tech come out. I have been told that I would not be charged and then it is there. They sent me a letter last year with the solution to the problems we were having with the Cable. They said they could not find any problem so now I will be charged $45. I have the video's of the problem and they wouldn't even look at it. Then this week I had a tech out here with a new box and he told me that problem we had was fixed last week, so why should I pay for a problem that is there equipment and not mine. I am not the only one having the problem with them everyone even in other states are having problems.
