My husband and I saw a TV ad from National Collectors Mint for gold-silver twin tower coins. We placed an order for two coins at $19.99 shipping and handling.
A couple of days later, we checked our account and found that NCM had charged us over $300. I have tried without success to resolve and correct this error. The 800 number is a joke, in that there is a recording stating that all operators are currently busy with other callers. (I guess they too were taken for a ride.)
