My husband & I saw a TV ad from National Collectors Mint for gold-silver twin tower coins. An order for placed for two (2) coins at $19.99 s&h. A couple of days later, we check our account and found that NCM charged us over $300. I've tried without success, to resolve and correct this error. The 800-number is a joke in that there is a recording stating that all operators are currently busy with other callers. (I guess they too were taken for a ride).
