On January 16, I noticed BMV Book Sale.com $9.95 transactions on several months of Master Charge transactions. After several minutes of being offered a "walk through" and instructional analysis of the BBV website and descriptions of my apparent lack of understanding of transacting a credit card for one item, the communication representative disconnected service and I began the process of contacts with "HotMovieSales", apparently the e-mail company which had been sending BMV monthly fee descriptions to my spam-box. HotMovieSales, which operates a "ticket" contact system, apparently sends e-mails without ability to reply. Since this time, I have been resourced by HotMovieSales in no-return legal statements of my fulfilled obligation and have contacted Master Card. I have been locked out of my e-mail account with HotMovieSales, and as well have not been able to reach other subsidiary companies such as Best Brand Values Program (the "contract hook" not seen on any Master Card statement), with additional finding of a computer choice to enter a Membership with Best Brand Values on the Discount Book Sale website, unseen on the BMV paperback book transaction made last summer. Master Card has been credited with 3 payments of $9.95 over a 2 day period, with a HotMovieSales statement of return of $19.95 at some future time. Lauren
