Unsolved issue after 1 month

I was very happy with my magicjack until about 1 month, when it stopped showing the caller's ID on the calls I forward to my cell phone. I contacted customer service and I chatted with them for over 2 hrs, they had no idea of what is going on. They made me unplog, plog back, move the settings on my computer, make calls, receive calls, upgrade my service, call my cell phone co carrier... Etc, and NOTHING was working. I tried getting an answer 6 different times with 6 different people and their answer is always "This time, I need to escalate your issue to the Engineers for them to check on this matter personally"... They don't do anything... Now, even the outgoing calls are caller ID blocked... When I call some one, all they see is "unknown number", this is very irritating. I use this line for my home, my father is very ill and I'm about to loose my work because I keep taking my cellphone calls since the caller's ID is blocked and I'm not sure if it is a call from someone at my house with an emergency, I "have" to take all the calls. Before, when I was able to see the caller's number, I will call back after work or on my breaks if I consider it wasn't someone important... Now, even my cellphone bill is higher for so many calls that I have to take even if I don't want to talk to that person. This people don't care for peoples feelings or special needs, all they care is for de money they are making.
