In 2009 i got a magicjack with a five year plan at a cost of $106.85 order number 3093367. At time of purches i asked if i could use my same number the answer was yes, which turn out to be false.
I tried to call to get help because the system would not work. This company has no one to answer calls any a automated system. So after numberoue call with no help i started sending email tell them about the problem with answers of try this maybe this will help.
After all the phone call, and email with no help i sent one more email telling that i was asking an attorney to file a law suirt. This get a email back giving me a number to call.
I call that and a live person answered the call. I told him he problems that i was having. So he went over anumber of thing that did work, then was told he would have tech person call me, which not uet happened.
Then i get my summary of charges from my cridet card company and see that they charged me$10.00for that phone call.
I have benn in contact with a number of people that have problems with magicjack but they have not got any help. This company has $116.85 of may money but no service any could dare less but you care talk toa live person.
