I have spent over 8 hrs chatting with their tech support, they do no have any phone number to call, trying to make Caller ID work, thought it was a technical problem with my magicjack, finally their tech support admitted they do not have Caller ID, first of all, no Caller ID feature in their Outbound calls, secondly, Incoming call will have Caller ID info if you enter caller Info yourself into their Soft Dial Pad shown in you PC, as you can see, that is not Caller ID. Magicjack is misinforming customer to sale their product.
