I have been promised for a refund since 7/27 and after numerous calls (last call was made 09/24/10) and up to this date 10/11/10 my refund has not been done. I just file a complaint to FTC. Gov. If anyone else have this problem, please file a compain to FTC. Gov so that more people that comlain means that I'm not the only one that have this problem.
