Failed to Refund as Warranty States

I purchased the product on 6/2 and used it as prescribed. I spoke with Janet on 6/9 to confirm the warranty and my required actions should this product not work. Total cost 169.98On the proper date I tried to call and receive an RMA for a refund of product as it did nothing to relieve my tinnitus. I received a recording stating the phones were down due to weather. This went on for days. We emailed [email protected] on several occasions and requested immediate action as my date to return the product had passed and we had no RMA as there PHONES WERE "DOWN" due to weather. The email address was not valid as we received multiple return to sender messages. We sent a written letter to Ring no More PALO ALTO LABSin Lewiston ME.in following conversations on 7/6,7/21,8/15,8/16,8/23,9/21,10/6,10/20, and finally on 12/5 (all in 2010) we were told the refund was processing."3-5 days"We did not get the refund. I tried calling back on 1/3 and all phones are disconnected. This was a big SCAM and I was dumb enough to fall for it.
