This company does not stand behind the products they sell. When an expensive metal file cabinet arrived at my office damaged in two places, I immediately called to cancel my order. It was clear that waiting another month for a replacement file would result in a similar situation, due to the extremely poor packaging of this heavy item.
Their customer service still has not sent a refund, after at least 12 phone calls, many times holding for long periods on a toll call line. After great efforts to get through to the manager, I was promised the "check would be in the mail" last week. It never arrived, and recent calls and an email have not solved this problem.
