In May I went and ordered a bridal gown and then called after about three months to see why it was not there. On October 1st I was called to tell that the dress came in but it was 10 sizes to small. The person who ordered the dress said "It was the manufactures fault" and I could look in there entertainment dress (mother of the bride dresses) and see if there is something in that area that would work. I did try a dress on but it was clear that the dress was for someone who was older. The staff at House of Brides were not helpful and did not apology they just said I could get a refund. 7 days before the wedding this is so inappropriate.
