I first entered in to my contract on April 4th. After two weeks of trying to contact them and get things rolling on my web mall I still had no calls and no one returning my calls. I followed the outline of how to file for a refund and after all the paper work was complete I received a call letting me know they are processing my refund and it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to receive it. After a few weeks I did not receive the refund back to my credit card I began trying to contact them.in early July I was told they were behind on the refunds but they will be processed in the next week and I verified all my paper work was in order. After 12 weeks of trying to call and email with no one returning my calls I have still yet to receive my refund. Something isn't right when you re told by the customer service gentleman for Nationwide Marketing to file a complaint with my credit card. I still don't know if this will get me anywhere but hopefully others will see this and not be scammed by this company of their hard earned money.
