I purchased a phone from Pocket on April 13 at the Pocket store in West Hartford, Ct. There was a free phone offer at this time. The clerk told me that I will receive my rebate for the phone within 4-6 weeks. On the same day I sent all the necessary papers for the refund (Pocket so called Reward Center received them 3 days later). After 6 weeks I called them and I was told I need to wait up to 10 weeks for the refund and I should get it by June 29.in the beginning of July I called them again but the clerk wasn't able to answer when I'll get my money. The manager in the store where I bought the phone called the Reward Center and told me to wait next week.
After a week I was told there is 120 days of waiting time before I can get my refund. I tryed to call Reward Center again but now it's not possible to talk to any human being, just automatic system, repeating the sentence about 120 days of waiting time.
It looks like Pocket is afraid of talking to customers after all the lies they told people.
The company is completely unreliable, I still didn't get my money back and I doubt I will ever get.
