I purchased a phone from Pocket Wireless on April 13 at the Pocket store in West Hartford.
There was a free phone mail-in offer at this time. The clerk told me that I will receive my rebate for the
phone within 4-6 weeks. On the same day I filled out and sent all the necessary papers to get the rebate.
I checked later so I know they received my letter 3 days later on April 16.
I didn't get anything from them so after 7 weeks I called so called Reward Center.
They told me that I need to wait up to 10 weeks for the money and I should get it by June 29.
There was no mail from them so I called again in the beginning of July, the clerk confirmed I should
get my money back by June 29 but wasn't able to answer why I didn't get it yet.
I went to Pocket store and the store manager called Reward Center again for me and told me to wait
another week and I will get the reward.
I didn't, so I visited the store again, this time nobody could check why there is a problem with my
refund. When I tryed to call Reward Center there is no human being available now to talk to, just
automatic system. The system is repeating to wait up to 120 days (!) for the refund.
It looks like the Pocket is afraid of conversation with cheated customers.
I paid all my phone bills always on time but I think I am done with this fraudulent and unreliable company.
