I have been trying to get my $50 rebate out of Pocket Wireless for 6 mos. The only communication I can have is by calling customer service. This is not the correct # I am told and to try (20 or so times) 866-318-9373 where I am placed on hold and left to die, (over 3 hrs one time) after being told the wait time is approx. 1 min. The reason for refusal listed online is incorrect contract ID #, funny they have no problem processing my payment
