Where's my rebate! - txt8026

I purchased a phone from pocket on December the 9 th at the pocket store in valle vista mall. The clerk told me he filed my rebate online. When i called to find out why my rebate hadn't come in and was in formed i never applied for one. To my surprise because i was told id recieve it January 18th. Where is my rebate??? I was lied to they dont even do rebates online?
